Introduction

Welcome to BeeHop.

These Terms & Conditions explain how BeeHop may be used and the terms that apply when using the app.

By downloading or using BeeHop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

About BeeHop

BeeHop is designed to support communication, routines, wellbeing and independence for children, while helping parents, carers, educators and support staff work together.

BeeHop is intended as a supportive communication and wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, educational or therapeutic advice.

Free Trial & Subscriptions

BeeHop is available as a free download and includes a 7-day full-feature trial.

After the trial ends, continued access to BeeHop requires an active subscription.

BeeHop currently offers:

  • Monthly Subscription
  • Annual Subscription

Subscriptions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by opening:

Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Deleting BeeHop from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Purchases & Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.

BeeHop and its developer cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

Using BeeHop

You agree to use BeeHop responsibly and lawfully.

You are responsible for any information you enter into the app, including child profiles, notes, routines, reports and other personal information.

When sharing reports or exported information, you are responsible for deciding who receives that information.

Availability

We work hard to keep BeeHop reliable and up to date.

However, we cannot guarantee that the app will always be available without interruption or that it will always operate without errors.

From time to time BeeHop may receive updates, improvements, bug fixes or new features.

Intellectual Property

BeeHop, including its name, branding, artwork, illustrations, icons, graphics, software, design and written content, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of BeeHop without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

BeeHop is provided in good faith to support communication and wellbeing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeHop and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how information is stored and used within BeeHop.

Apple Standard End User License Agreement

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

Any updates will be published on this page and the “Last Updated” date above will be revised accordingly.
