These Terms & Conditions explain how BeeHop may be used and the terms that apply when using the app.
By downloading or using BeeHop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
BeeHop is designed to support communication, routines, wellbeing and independence for children and teenagers, while helping parents, carers, educators and support staff.
BeeHop is intended as a supportive communication and wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, educational or therapeutic advice.
BeeHop is free to download and provides access to a selection of communication, routine and wellbeing features without requiring a paid subscription.
Additional features and functionality are available through BeeHop Plus.
BeeHop Plus currently offers three purchase options:
Prices are displayed within the app and may vary depending on your country or region.
All purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.
Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial of BeeHop Plus through a qualifying subscription plan.
Free trial availability and eligibility are determined by Apple and will be displayed before confirming a subscription.
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price displayed when the offer was accepted.
Free trials are not included with the Lifetime Purchase option.
BeeHop Free remains available without a paid subscription.
BeeHop Plus Monthly and Annual subscriptions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase, unless an applicable free trial is offered.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by opening:
Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions
Deleting BeeHop from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you can continue using the features available through BeeHop Free.
BeeHop Plus Lifetime is available as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase.
This purchase provides ongoing access to the BeeHop Plus features included with the Lifetime option, without recurring subscription payments.
The Lifetime Purchase applies to BeeHop and does not guarantee that the app, its features or compatibility with future devices and operating systems will remain unchanged indefinitely.
Lifetime purchases can be restored using the Restore Purchases option within BeeHop, subject to Apple’s purchase restoration and account requirements.
Lifetime purchases are associated with the Apple Account used to make the purchase.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple’s refund policies and applicable consumer law.
BeeHop and its developer cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple.
Refund requests can be submitted through Apple’s purchase support services.
You agree to use BeeHop responsibly and lawfully.
You are responsible for any information you enter into the app, including child profiles, notes, routines, reports and other personal information.
When sharing reports or exported information, you are responsible for deciding who receives that information.
Parents, carers and other responsible adults should supervise the use of BeeHop where appropriate.
We work hard to keep BeeHop reliable and up to date.
However, we cannot guarantee that the app will always be available without interruption or that it will always operate without errors.
From time to time BeeHop may receive updates, improvements, bug fixes or new features.
Features and functionality may change as BeeHop continues to develop.
BeeHop, including its name, branding, artwork, illustrations, icons, graphics, software, design and written content, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of BeeHop without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
BeeHop is provided in good faith to support communication and wellbeing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeHop and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the app.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Your privacy is important to us.
Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how information is stored and used within BeeHop.
BeeHop and purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a separate applicable licence agreement is provided.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
Any updates will be published on this page and the “Last Updated” date above will be revised accordingly.
