About Ember Garden
Ember Garden is a habit tracking app designed to help you create habits, track daily progress, build streaks, view stats, unlock achievements and grow a visual Garden.
Ember Garden is not a medical app.
Ember Garden does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or professional health guidance.
You should not rely on Ember Garden as a substitute for medical advice. If you have concerns about your health, sleep, activity levels or wellbeing, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
Apple Health
Ember Garden can optionally connect to Apple Health to read Step Count and Sleep Analysis.
Apple Health access is optional.
Ember Garden uses this data only to update walking and sleep habits inside the app.
Ember Garden does not write data to Apple Health.
You can manage or revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.
Subscriptions
Ember Garden offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.
Subscription options may include:
• Ember Garden Monthly
• Ember Garden Yearly
Both plans may include a 7-day free trial when available.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Free trials
If a free trial is available, it will be shown before you confirm your purchase.
When the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the trial ends.
Availability of free trials may depend on Apple’s rules and your previous subscription history.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.
If you need to request a refund, please use Apple’s refund process through your Apple ID account.
Use of the app
You agree to use Ember Garden only for lawful purposes.
You should not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, copy or reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that could harm the app, other users or the service.
Your data
Most Ember Garden data is stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for managing your own device, backups and app data.
Deleting the app may remove locally stored data.
No guarantee
Ember Garden is provided as a habit tracking and motivation tool.
We aim to keep the app reliable and useful, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for every person.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or issue arising from your use of Ember Garden, including reliance on habit, sleep, step or progress information shown in the app.
Apple Standard EULA
Ember Garden is distributed through the Apple App Store.
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom agreement is provided.
