These Terms of Use govern your use of the BeeHealth application and related services. By downloading or using BeeHealth, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
About BeeHealth
BeeHealth is designed to help individuals, families and carers organise medication schedules, reminders, medication records and related information.
BeeHealth is intended as an organisational tool and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Medical Disclaimer
BeeHealth does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Medication reminders, schedules and reports are provided for convenience only.
You are responsible for:
• Taking medications as prescribed by your healthcare professional.
• Checking medication names, doses and timings.
• Seeking medical advice where appropriate.
BeeHealth and its developers accept no responsibility for missed doses, incorrect medication information entered by users, or decisions made based on information stored within the app.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Subscription
BeeHealth offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.
Current subscription options include:
• Weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial (where offered)
• Annual subscription
Subscription prices may vary by region and are displayed within the App Store before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription where applicable.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it is available only where shown within the App Store purchase screen.
After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the trial expires.
Your Information
BeeHealth stores your medication information locally on your device.
You are responsible for ensuring the information you enter is accurate and up to date.
You are also responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your device.
Availability
We aim to keep BeeHealth available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or future version of iOS or watchOS.
Features may be added, changed or removed as the app evolves.
Intellectual Property
BeeHealth, including its design, graphics, branding, software and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or reproduce any part of the application except where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeeHealth and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Missed medication reminders
• Incorrect user-entered information
• Loss of data
• Device failures
• Decisions made based on reports generated by the app
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of BeeHealth after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from the use of BeeHealth shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
